From Gateway Pundit:
No wonder Jeffrey Immelt is the chair of The President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness.
GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt and Charlie Rose agreed this week that “state run communism” works.
“Really, the one thing that actually works, you know, state run communism may not be your cup of tea but their government works.”
EPASEZ: There is a word for this system of intimate cooperation and planning between large state sized business and the state itself. This system recognizes the occurrence of class conflict, and advocates a resolution to end the division of classes within a nation and secure national solidarity.
This system publicly favours proletarian culture while it rejects bourgeois culture, and claims that cultural nationalization of society emancipates the nation's proletariat, and promotes the assimilation of all classes into a proletarian nation
This system advocates a state-controlled and regulated mixed economy; the principal economic goal of this system is to achieve autarky to secure national self-sufficiency and independence, through protectionist and interventionist economic policies. It promotes regulated private enterprise and private property contingent whenever beneficial to the nation and state enterprise and state property whenever necessary to protect its interests.
This system can enrich large corporations as they cooperate with, advise, and have managers move back and forth with the govt.
BASF, BAYER, KRUPP and IG FARBEN really did quite well, didn't they?
