The Blaze:

Update: Two New Suspects in Bloody Norway Massacre, Breivik Bought 6 Tons of Fertilizer Prior to Attack

Norway’s national news agency reports that police are looking into a second suspect in the shooting spree on Utoya island where 84 people were killed.

According to reports, while the prime suspect, Anders Behring Breivik, was wearing a sweater with a police emblem on it during the shooting, the second man was not dressed in any kind of official uniform.

Meanwhile, police have detained yet another man — this one carrying a knife — outside a hotel where Norway’s Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg who was reportedly there visiting Labour Party youths who escaped the ravaged island.

The Telegraph’s video below features the handcuffed man apparently telling reporters that he was stopped because he had been carrying a knife in his pocket.

And in another bizarre twist, reports are emerging that the prime suspect in both the Oslo and Utoya attacks allegedly purchased 6 tons of fertilizer prior to going on his bloody rampage. According to CNN:

An employee at a Norwegian agricultural cooperative told CNN that the man identified in media reports as the suspect in Friday’s attacks bought six tons of fertilizer from her company in May.

Oddmy Estenstad, of Felleskjopet Agr, said she did not think the order was strange at the time because the suspect has a farm, but after the bombing she called police because she knew the material can be used to make bombs.

“We are very shocked that this man was connected to our company,” said Estenstad. “We are very sad about what happened.

In total, 91 people were killed in the two attacks.
