Bag Explodes at Houston Airport

HOUSTON - A small piece of luggage exploded at Bush Intercontinental Airport on Tuesday afternoon. No injuries were reported. The luggage exploded shortly after it was unloaded from a jet around 2 p.m., according to the Houston Airport System. The jet had just landed at the airport.
Ground crews said they noticed something strange about the luggage and were working to remove it when the explosion occurred. While no injuries were reported, several agencies including the Houston Fire Department, were called to the scene.
