FEELING THEIR FRUSTRATION: White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said Wednesday morning Americans should expect to hear a "more hopeful Obama" in the State of the Union address.

"I think you'll hear one of the things the president will say tonight is, though Washington believes that every day is election day, people in this country want to know that the president and the Congress are working hard together to solve the challenges and the problems that they have," Gibbs said on ABC's "Good Morning America."

But, he added: "The president's going to explain why he thinks the American people are angry and frustrated.

I THOUGHT HE ALREADY EXPLAINED IT TO US. IT'S BECAUSE WE'RE "BITTER CLINGERS".
