Riyadh (AFP) - At least 87 people were killed and 184 injured when a construction crane crashed into the Grand Mosque of Saudi Arabia's holy Muslim city of Mecca Friday, the civil defence authority said.
Authorities had given an earlier toll of 65 killed and 154 hurt in the incident which comes as hundreds of thousands of Muslims from around the world were gathering in Mecca for the annual hajj pilgrimage which begins in less than two weeks.MEANWHILE AT GROUND ZERO:
