A Break From Blogging

As I write this, its my 4th (or 5th) consecutive night with partial insomnia. My work load is on the increase and there is so much going on in the world that I feel incapable of giving my brain some rest.

Climategate, Dubai financial crisis, Swiss minarets, Copenhagen, Iranian nukes, etc etc etc. There is a lot on my mind and I really think I need sort of a "vacation".

On top of catching up on sleep and getting some peace of mind, I would also like to spend some quality time with my fiance.

So keeping all of this in mind, I have decided to not blog for a week or 2. Those of you who are constantly blogging about how crazy the world has become, I think, can relate to what I am going through right now.

I am scared of my insomnia and "constant thinking" getting out of control so I would request people here to pray for my health and those that don't believe in God, well, just wish me luck.

See ya guys in a couple of weeks. Happy blogging.

- My Testimony

- Blogger Arrests Hit Record High
Image courtesy of the BBC BBC: More bloggers than ever face arrest for exposing human rights abuses or criticising governments, says a report. Since 2003, 64 people have been arrested for publishing their views on a blog, says the University of Washington...

- Exit The Editrix
I guess my disenchantment with blogging is obvious for some time now. During the last weeks I went through an intense thought process. It started with a campaign in the mainstream media here in Germany against Islam-critical blogs and specifically against...

- I Refuse To Give Up
I have been blogging for a while now, and I still feel the same. I "know" that I can change people, I believe that firmly, and there is nothing that can change that. I am surrounded by Muslims, a lone (secret) infidel in a hostile Islamic sea, but I refuse...

- Atlas Shrugs, Little Green Footballs, And Infidel Bloggers Alliance
Pamela, at Atlas Shrugs, was interviewed by the National Journal. She has some important things to say, as usual. In addition, there is a nice little compliment for the Infidel Bloggers Alliance buried in the article: Describe your typical blogging schedule....
