Al Qaeda Congratulates Democrats - Vows To Blow Up White House
I must say, I also congratulate the Democrats. Good job, Democrats. You've got a great group of supporters, and I'm relatively sure you will all accomplish many of your goals together:
On the audio tape made available on militant Web sites, the al-Qaida in Iraq leader also welcomed the Republican electoral defeat that led to the departure of Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld. He added that the group's fighters would not rest until they had blown up the White House. Now, let's be fair. Not all Democrats are advocating retreat, but much as with regards to our problems with Islam, it isn't so much the individuals, many of whom are fine, it's the official organizations into which they form themselves, which are invariably anti-Western/anti-American.
Welcome to our brave "new" world. The Democratic Congress plans to meet with George McGovern to discuss options on Iraq. Considering McGovern is known for advocating retreat in Viet Nam, I think we know what the Dems must have up their sleeve.
And, how do you think the Democrats feel about the fact that Donald Rumsfeld will be tried for war crimes in Germany?
Probably pretty good, I imagine.
I'm telling you, they have a lot to be proud of.
