And while POTUS and SecState appear in an apologetic commercial broadcast all over the Muslim world…

The Muslim Brotherhood President of Egypt tells our leaders who will not stand up for, and explain and expound the values of the founders:
NYT: He (Morsi) said it was up to Washington to repair relations with the Arab world and to revitalize the alliance with Egypt, long a cornerstone of regional stability. If Washington is asking Egypt to honor its treaty with Israel, he said, Washington should also live up to its own Camp David commitment to Palestinian self-rule. He said the United States must respect the Arab world’s history and culture, even when that conflicts with Western values.
And he dismissed criticism from the White House that he did not move fast enough to condemn protesters who recently climbed over the United States Embassy wall and burned the American flag in anger over a video that mocked the Prophet Muhammad.
“We took our time” in responding to avoid an explosive backlash, he said, but then dealt “decisively” with the small, violent element among the demonstrators.
The President of Egypt UNDERSTANDS what it means to stand up for and expound the values of the founders of those values he believes in, and why he must do so in an unashamed manner.
What about
What the Bill of Rights Says
The first eight amendments of the Bill of Rights set forth specific guarantees and liberties. The Ninth Amendment acknowledges that the American people have rights that are not even specified in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights. (The Federalists argued for this particular amendment, stating that it would be impossible to list all of the rights and liberties that should be protected.)
The Tenth Amendment emphasizes the national character of the United States constitutional system. It declares that the states or people retain those “powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution.”
Most people, however, believe that their most important rights are those guaranteed by the First Amendment. Commonly called “First Amendment freedoms,” these are the fundamental freedoms of religion, speech, and press, as well as the right of the people to assemble and to petition a government.
The Bill of Rights was THE POLITICAL COMPROMISE PRICE PAID by those who believed the USA needed a strong central gov’t. but came to the conclusion that the Constitution would never be ratified by the states without the protections Madison had authored, and Jefferson stood behind.
I have already concluded that because of slavery, and the idea of property the President of the USA has little respect for the ideas of theses old white guys, and probably feels those ideas expressed are not much better than those of Voltaire, Locke and a few others. Madison and Jefferson’s are just some other set of 18th century, highly flawed values.

“To protect our own rights, we MUST protect those of the most obnoxious and disgusting among us.” We do this so that no government we elect can ever become something other than what the Constitution limits.

The Constitution makes no reference to other’s taking offence somewhere else.
SecState Clinton’s timidity of values HAS been a surprise. I am also shocked Mr. Clinton is not out front pounding his wife into expressing her outrage at the admin’s lack of expression of anything but sorrow.
But in demonstrating that they cannot expound the values of the USA, and why we allow morons to make movies, and why we HAVE TO, they have demonstrated something else, that their first reaction is guilt over our values, a desire to please others, and seeking an easy way to turn off unpleasantness.
If those people cannot stand up and explain our founding values to others in this world, THEY ARE NOT COMPETENT TO LEAD.
They are not fit, and should be turned out at once.
As it is, a lot can happen between now and January.
Mr. Romney, makes sure it says ‘He done his damnedest’ on your tombstone
