from E-nough!: Surprise surprise, Chirac would have written a letter to Saddam Hussein asking the toppled dictator to welcome one of the French businessmen currently being investigated in the oil-for-food scandal. According to famous French journalist Jean Montaldo, the letter is in the possession of Americans. He will release a book about the affair in September.
