Explosives Found In Cairo Airport In Packages Bound For U.S.
Two DHL packages containing explosive materials were found by security officials at the Cairo International Airport Tuesday. Reports say the packages were making their way to the United States through London. Ahram.org reports:
The source at the airport said that the parcels, weighting about 10kg, were going through security procedures when the explosive substances were detected by the X-Ray scans.
The two parcels underwent further examinations which confirmed the existence of explosives.
