It's Time For Republicans To Put Down The Hubris And Get Real
The polls are showing exactly what I believe to be true based upon the way I see things.

Romney v. Obama: 48-46; Perry v. Obama: 47-47; Ron Paul v. Obama 45-47; Bachmann v. Obama 44-48.
... Obama is still the candidate favored to win and that we must focus almost exclusively on electability.I will write more about how I view elections later. For now, let's just say this: In my opinion, Republicans are up shit creek without a paddle. Perry is the only hope. I believe he would, ultimately, win rather handily, unless Obama can get an outlandish Stimulus passed, and virtually hand out the money to prospective voters in the street.
Obama is not a "sure loser" as has become the fashionable belief among many conservatives. Our best candidate (at the moment Romney) only beats him by a pipsqueak two points, and our best candidate (in the future, I believe Perry) merely ties him.
