Here's an eyewitness to the violent melee that ensued at what was supposed to be a 911 remembrance SOIE (stop the Islamisation of Europe) demonstration organized by Stephen Gash of SIOE. Gash was forced to cancel it and few, if any, freedom lovers showed. Despite this, the Muslims went jihad and attacked police. I posted on it here -- a few peaceful protesters were attacked by Muslim "youths" and police were attacked with bricks and bottles.
I only heard about SIOE a few days ago and tried to contact Steven Gash to find out how I could meet up with him. As I never heard from him I went to the demo in Harrow by myself. As soon as I arrived I saw young thugs with their heads and faces covered, some armed with iron bars. The United Against Freedom thugs were also there - I overheard one white woman standing near them say "we're hoping there's a riot". The UAF were shouting through loudspeakers that "the Nazi BNP are coming", and were handing out mass-produced placards saying more or less the same (just like the Socialist Workers Party does at Gay Pride events). One group of asian [Muslim]thugs was eyeing up a group of elderly white men saying "that's them, let's attack them when they move", but the elderly white men were there in support of the asians [Muslims]. On more than one occasion I saw asian [Muslim] men looking violently at me, presumably because I'm white and was not carrying any o f the placards. The BBC (an arm of Al-Jazeera) were reporting today that the SIOE and EDL were fascists, despite both groups publicly distancing themselves from racists. If there is no possibility of peaceful demonstration agains islam and islamification, then all that is left is to vote for right-wing anti-immigration parties like the BNP. Apparently there is to be another SIOE demonstration tomorrow in Trafalgar Square.Despite the facts, the leftist ministers intend to crush free men, free will, ............. hope.
Today, Minister John "dhimmi' Denham announced a government drive to address issues alienating working-class people at risk of being "exploited" by the far-right, singling out protests being organised by counter jihad groups.
Denham's propagandist argument is fallacious. Who had the weapons? Who was arrested? Who started the violence? Are non-Muslims supposed to stand there while bricks and stones are being thrown at them? And the EDL is the new bogeyman?
Of this latest development Fjordman writes, "This proves that there is no longer any legal way in which the natives in Britain, or elsewhere in much of Western Europe, can protest against the Islamization of their countries. I don't like everything about JFK, but his quote 'Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable' was rather wise. Clearly, the leaders of the British Labour Party haven't heard this....."
