Norway Says, The cross has to go before the asylum seekers arrive
From Speisa:
Christian camps being offered as shelter for asylum seekers are told by the authorities to remove all Christian symbols. Due to the large influx of asylum seekers to Norway, UDI (Immigration authorities) has found it necessary to lodge asylum seekers in more places than ordinary reception centres.
The Norwegian Missionary Society (NMS), operates several Christian camp sites, which they offer to rent to UDI.
UDI says yes please, but on one condition.
All Christian symbols must be removed before the asylum seekers can move in, says UDI, according to the newspaper Dagen.
In other words, the Cross, which symbolizes the God's sacrifice, the inspiration behind any sacrifice any Christian would make on behalf of any other human being, is banned.
They want to remove the symbol of sacrifice.
Symbols are words in another form. Words are the signs by which we transmit ideas; in this case, the idea of sacrifice.
Why would people sacrifice if the idea is not in their head?
And where would they get it if the idea had not been represented to them by some form of Word?
In the beginning was the Word, and it shall never be otherwise.
