Not one Word-Sanitizing Islamic Jihad

Did anyone else sit through that bullshit hour of Greta Van Sustern last night and FOX's continuous vanilla coverage today? OMG, one full hour of Centanni and Wiigs without mentioning the 800lb savage in the room - Islamic Jihad.

These men were forced to convert to Islam at gunpoint - a good deed according to the Quran - and not one word of it mentioned? What were they thinking then? Are they Muslims now?

Not one bloody word on the subject. That was a classic moment in American dhimmitude.

What should be gleaned from this harrowing Gazan spectacle of non-Muslim journalists being kidnapped, imprisoned for nearly two weeks, and coerced at gunpoint into converting to Islam, while condemning their own societies? We must avoid indulging fantasies (such as those already expressed by the kidnapped Fox reporters upon their release) triggered by understandable Stockholm Syndrome reactions, or learned, fearful dhimmitude. Unsettling realities of the historical continuum of forced conversion to Islam must be discussed. The living Islamic fanaticism of the past cannot be allowed to poison the present (and future), unchallenged by Muslims themselves.

But it wasn't discussed. Nothing of import was discussed. Complete Sanitization. The ugliness of the track suits provided them was discussed. Yes, the unattractiveness of their garb. Some of the pain inflicted, some of the head shoved in the sand .................. but it was like old home week at FOX. Like some long lost episode of the Brady Bunch (more like the Poseidon Adventure.)
