Philippe De Villiers: the antidote to Le Poisoned Pen

Probably nobody here yet has spoken about Philippe De Villiers, but, he may be the most ideal third-sized party candidate in France to support. Robert Spencer spoke about him a few months ago, and here's a video interview in French with Villiers, in which he discusses one of his latest books about the Islamization of Paris airports.

In contrast to Jean-Marie Dhimmi Le Pen, who recently took off his mask by making his platform more favorable to Muslims in France, De Villiers is no racist, whatever the MSM is trying to make him out to look like. (The MSM makes sure to label de Villiers as "anti-immigrant".) He's more honest and intelligent than Le Pen, and much more rational too. And, like Sarkozy, he also took the time to visit La Rue de Rosiers, following the menace of the Tribu Ka, to run some conferences with the Jewish community.

The problem for now though, is that Villiers is all but unknown, in contrast to Le Pen, who makes headlines all the time. Well, that's why, for all concerned, it'd be strongly recommended to do whatever possible to promote De Villiers as a third-party candidate and a real deal for France. While I figure it best to support Sarkozy as the main candidate for president in France, I most certainly will support De Villiers for parliament.

As for Le Pen, I have no idea if the news of his becoming more favorable to the Muslims as of recent is as well known as it should be (or even his condemnation of the Danish cartoons), but I will say that it's something that needs to be discussed, and people in France most certainly do need to know. Because what if this report from the Telegraph is telling any truth? It wouldn't surprise me if the newspaper were doing whatever it can to try and damage Sarko's election chances, and also to make the French look bad and foolish, but it still can't be ignored. If Le Pen's been moving more towards the Muslims' favor, everyone needs to be warned. He's certainly likely to get a very high voter percentage from the Muslims, that's for sure. One more reason to be very wary.

Angus Reid's got a poll from June 5 that shows that many in France would shun Le Pen in the next elections. But to ensure that, that's exactly why we need to get the word out about why he's dangerous, and why De Villiers is better to support as a third-party candidate.
