As Haaretz reports, (also via IRIS Blog) Fatah's been resuming their terror activities. It's quite possible that the Islamic Jihad terrorists could join them, and probably already have.

PLO releases 39 Islamic Jihad terrorists from jail

The Palestinian Authority released 39 Islamic Jihad terrorists from a Jericho prison on Thursday.It wouldn't surprise me if even they'd been released, along with the other murderers whom they freed.
Palestinian sources said that PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, and PA Foreign Minister Nasser al-Kidwa ordered their release.
Some 20 Aksa Martyr's Brigades and PFLP terrorists remain in the prison, including those responsible for the murder of former Israeli Cabinet Minister Rehavam Zeevi.
