Robinson Cano should sign a new contract for league minimum, and THEN negotiate his worth

Robinson Cano the NY Yankees 2nd baseman is easily the most valuable free agent on the market this year.
His agent has stated he want a $305 million, 10 year contract.
That’s outrageous. He is just some unreasonable person.
I think he is holding all NYC to ransom as an extortionist, kidnapper or some kind of extremist arsonist.
He should just sign and agree to keep things going, and then after this is signed, he can THEN negotiate with the Steinbrenners.
If this sounds PRETTY STUPID to you …
Consider Barack Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi
