The Election You May Have Missed, But There is Still Time to Vote

Saturday morning, April 18, 2009, I spent time in line as number 1000 plus to vote. The line went far beyond my speck in space as it grew as it moved forward, expanded as the people continued to arrive after the polling place opened at 9:00 a.m. sharp. By the time the doors opened for the election, there were well over 1,300 people in line, easily, and I am proud of each
and every one of them.
The people used their Constitutional right to vote and I was very proud of each and every soul who stood there for over an hour before I arrived and despite all of the time standing, acted cordial, friendly and ‘gasp’ did not pollute the grounds or break out in violence about having to wait in such a long line to get into the polling place. I know for those that are of the less Constitutional bent, it is a hard concept to grasp. “You” probably wanted a government intervention specialist to force the polling place to open early and create equal access for those who were less entitled; bad news for you, it did not happen. There were no Federal specialists there to help move the line forward or force the managers of the polling place to open early and allow the people to vote.
In fact, to pay for the facility these people used, there was a payment required to allow you to vote as the managers could not afford the risks of a non-secure location for these brave souls to get up early, grab their coffee and drive out to vote. The threat of those who oppose their freedoms is so great, so insane that indeed you and I could have gone there and seen each other and not even known it, even though I am sure the FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) and DHS had people there to take pictures of every participant because “their” vote might be interpreted as extremist.
Yet despite this threat against their freedoms, the will to act independent of the now overbearing anti-Constitutionalist movement of the mainstream media and the Marxist elites overwhelmed the fear of those who participated. This vote meant life or death in some cases, freedom or tyranny in all cases.
Yes, I went to a gun show this morning.
