Las Vegas Review-Journal has stated intentions to fight the subpoena:
[The newspaper's editor] said anonymous speech is "a fundamental and historic part of this country." The newspaper would consider cooperating if specific crimes or real threats were presented, he said.
The case is that of a tax-fraud case, unrelated to the anti-jihad. But precedents have a way of being set.
