Sudan is the most vulnerable country in the world
Sudan is the more vulnerable country in the whole world. Then comes 2nd. Congo, 3rd, Ivory Coast, 4th Irak, 7th Afghanistan. Le Monde is very interested in underlining the bad situation in Iraq and Afghanistan, but does not really make any real mention to the situation in Ivory Coast, in which France has taken a very important part, and the French army has been "affected" by the violent deaths (that is murders) of innocent people by members of it. But no, let blame America ONLY, not first....
