Mash'al: Palestinian State From Lebanese Border To Rafah
Hamas political bureau chief Khaled Mash'al has said that his movement is opposed to recognizing Israel and wants a Palestinian state from Rosh HaNikra on the Israeli coast near the Lebanese border to Rafah, and from the Mediterranean to the Jordan.
Mash'al clarified that Hamas would agree to a Palestinian state within the June 5, 1067 borders in exchange for a hudna (temporary ceasefire) only, which would give the coming generations of Palestinians an opportunity to liberate the rest of the Palestinian lands.

No matter the desires of Rice, Gates, Bush, Obama, Cliinton, or any politician, we must abandon the arrogant anthropomorphic, critical progressive idea that peace as we envision it is the goal of all thinking men.
Others have other ideas about what is acceptable.
The Islamic Resistance Movement believes that the land of Palestine is an Islamic Waqf consecrated for future Moslem generations until Judgement Day. It, or any part of it, should not be squandered: it, or any part of it, should not be given up. Neither a single Arab country nor all Arab countries, neither any king or president, nor all the kings and presidents, neither any organization nor all of them, be they Palestinian or Arab, possess the right to do that. Palestine is an Islamic Waqf land consecrated for Moslem generations until Judgement Day. This being so, who could claim to have the right to represent Moslem generations till Judgement Day?
This is the law governing the land of Palestine in the Islamic Sharia (law) and the same goes for any land the Moslems have conquered by force, because during the times of (Islamic) conquests, the Moslems consecrated these lands to Moslem generations till the Day of Judgement.
There is yet NOTHING to discuss, negotiate or propose until the palestinian people themselves reject, and excoriate the elected and chosen leaders they freely selected. Until the palestinian peoples choose peace themselves, peace is beyond the possible for humans in the middle east.
The palestinian peoples have chosen perpetual war freely, and its actions are not to construed as 'collective punishment'. There can be peace at any moment they choose.
