Let me start by saying I've never been to Myspace. I have no friends there, I wouldn't know how to get around there to save my life.
But I do know that if someone is making things up, adding pictures, photoshopping (something else I'm clueles about) that it will not help this girl at all. Gte her into court with the current brainwashing allegations going on, they find this and it only makes the father's story look truer and the girl or her supporters to be a liar.
I AM ACCUSING NO ONE HERE. I DO NOT KNOW THE SOURCES OF THESE PICTURES.
That said, 2 pictures for your consideration. The first as is currently being run by Atlas. The second as I found it when this story first came out and found it again today after a very brief search.
Both are a Myspace page. Both list a Rifqa from Columbus Ohio.
Atlas' photo say the girl is 22 and last login was 5/6/07. And includes a picture.
The other, from my search, lists her as 20 last login was 5/2/06. No photo.
In both cases the age is not correct from the story we have. Rifqa IS 17 NOW, IN 2009.
So either she lied on Myspace or it's not the same Rifqa (how many Rifqa's do you think there are in Columbus?) or someone changed some things around.
If Rifqa is lying, it could call into question her whole story. If someone has altered another Rifqa's page, it will do her no favors when the father's attorney sees this kind of shenanagans.
So what's the story here? Anyone got any ideas? The father did it all part of taqiyya? Rifqa did it? Some well intending but misguided soul? Someone hoodwinked Atlas? I really don't know but I would assume I'm not the only one who will be asking these questions and humanahumanahumana is not going to be an acceptable response.
