Vlaams Belang Is Getting Together With The National Front, the Lega Nord, and the Freedom Pary Of Austria
Fascists unite.
I wonder if Baron Bodissey and Christine Brim will be attending.
After all, they wasted countless thousands of words last year trying to explain to us simpletons that guilt by association didn't work when it comes to fascism.
I say guilt by association clearly applies in horseshoes, hand grenades and hate groups.
And, if the Vlaams Belang wants to form an anti-Islamization conference with the people at these other parties, well then, I think we know where they stand.
From Scruffy Immigrant:
More details from the KSTA, "Kein Koelsch fuer Nazis".
Also the multi-lingual website about opposition to the congress is here. The 'anti-islam congress' is planned for 19th and 20th September, and a number of opposing events/demonstrations are also going to take place around this time. Pro Koeln's invitees include Jean Marie Le Pen, President of the French Front National, Filip Dewinter of Vlaams Belang, a far-right Belgian party advocating the independence of Flanders, Mario Borghezio of the Italian Lega Nord, and "HC" Strache, a member of the Freedom Party of Austria.
Frankly, I will never understand why it wasn't enough for Brim and Bodissey that Filip DeWinter has a photograph, prominently displayed, in his family room of himself arm-in-arm with Frecn Fascist Jean Marie Le Pen? That would be like an American displaying a photo of himself with David Duke. What kind of person would be proud of such an association.
And, as you can see, his kids are right there with him. The man has no shame.
- Wilders Considers Allying With Vlaams Belang
There have been a few posts very recently and quite the discussion in some of the threads about Vlaams Belang, BNP, Jean Marie LePen et al. Geert Wilders has said he would not ally with these groups (rightly so say humble little me). Now there is this...

- The Allies Of My Friends Are My Enemy
I am greatly saddened to see that some of my best friends continue to hold on to the idea that they can ally themselves with parties such as the Vlaams Belang. Yesterday, of course, Christine Brim the leader of Center for Vigilant Freedom, posted on...
- Filip Dewinter Addresses The Concern Over His Relationship With Jean-marie Le Pen
The one thing that has most stuck in my craw, about the recent controversy over the Center for Vigilant Freedom's Counter-Jihad Conference being sponsored by the Vlaams Belang, is that VB's leader, Filip DeWinter, seems to have a special affection...
- Is Filip Dewinter A Nazi?
Charles, at Little Green Footballs, believes it is clear that he is. Pamela, and Baron and Dymphna at Gates of Vienna say he is not. After all, his party, the Vlaams Belang, supports Israel. I say it is more than likely that DeWinter is, indeed, a white...
