Hina Saleem, from Pakistani decent but born and raised in Italy, met an Italian man, Giuseppe, one year ago, when she was 19 years old. The two fell in love.
It wasn't easy for Hina to choose for Giuseppe: her father was a traditional Pakistani Muslim: he arranged a marriage for her with a cousin who still lived in Pakistan. They fought about it, he put pressure on her, even physically abused her, but Hina could not be stopped. She chose love over tradition, her boyfriend over her family.
