Whenever you think you are paranoid..you are not paranoid enough ..
Daniel P. Schrag, a White House climate adviser and director of the Harvard University Center for the Environment, tells the New York Times“a war on coal is exactly what’s needed.” Later today, President Obama will give a major “climate change” address at Georgetown University.
“Everybody is waiting for action,” Schrag tells the paper. “The one thing the president really needs to do now is to begin the process of shutting down the conventional coal plants. Politically, the White House is hesitant to say they’re having a war on coal. On the other hand, a war on coal is exactly what’s needed.”
Obama’s speech today is expected to offer “a sweeping plan to address climate change on Tuesday, setting ambitious goals and timetables for a series of executive actions to reduce greenhouse gas pollution and prepare the nation for the ravages of a warming planet,” according to theTimes.
Of course, Obama plans to do this by DECREE. That’s because he can neither convince the elected Congress, nor the people who elect them, that his beliefs are objectively wise.
Also because he wants to create more Solyndra’s for the “Chicago Mob’s” benefit. Make no mistake THAT is the bottom line.
Paranoia? Sorry, not paranoid enough.
We have an economy which shows a technical plus sign, without sufficiently increasing jobs, and therefore without RECOVERY to middle income disposable income, because Ben Bernanke is engaging in policies which are attuned to INDEXES. This is like constructing a year of high school to take the SAT’s and then call that learning. You’ve learned how to take a test, not learned how to succeed, or improved your mind.
We have a declining faith in govt at nearly very level, by every measure.
We have demonstrable govt corruption in paying off manufacturers of ‘green’ equipment who, by ‘pure chance’ are Obama contributors. Why ‘green’? Because the dumb money (YOU) will tolerate this ‘chic’ abuse by post-Gore-ian cynics who can operate the dupes.
We should be doing ALL WE CAN to be green, which is to say, to make this industry PROFITABLE AND COMPETITIVE. We are doing NOTHING of the sort. We do that by spending of PURE RESEARCH, not on choosing which individual to be a benefactor of to produce items 3x their competitor’s price, until broke and money can no longer be accounted for.
When this president says his jobs policy is ALL OF THE ABOVE, he is a liar. As we see with a war on coal. We NEED every affordable and competitive energy source. We should ensure these sources are safe.
NOT CORRUPT.
The Chicago mob has its hand in the big sucker pockets.
YOURS. And when they are afraid you’ll wise up, they print more money to keep you out of the streets, and point to the stock market, as if that is the REAL ECONOMY.
Check the gas pump and compare what you spend there, and on electricity, and food, and then compare that to what you have earned in the last ten years. THAT’S THE REAL ECONOMY, oh and the govt, (R or D) they don’t count that erosion in your disposable income (pursuit of happiness) as part of your loss. It’s NOT in the inflation index.
It’s a war on suckers, not a war on coal.
War on coal?
Really? Really?
