Message about my identity still there, but no context and no way to know what that message was.

Again upon going through the app it was necessary for the 7th time, now, to fill in the app. Got to the digital signature, and signed, and got the :
ID :UNEXPECTED ERROR
And then …
If I log out and then log in …
10 days later … I can reach more regularly the errors I encountered almost from the start.
COMPLETE ROLL-OUT FAILURE.
Barack Obama …LOOK LIKE A COMPROMISING HERO AND TAKE A ONE YEAR DELAY, it’s a win-win, and guess what …. MAYBE SOMEONE SOMEWHERE INSIDE YOUR GOVT IS COMPETENT ENOUGH TO FIND SOMEONE WHO IS COMPETENT ENOUGH TO DO THIS WEB SITE
