Education?THEY CANNOT WRAP THEIR HEADS AROUND THE IDEA THAT WE JUST DON'T WANT THEM ANYMORE. THAT WE WOULD RATHER TAKE A CHANCE ON ANYBODY RATHER THAN SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN IN THE GAME FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TIME.
