This summer the Youth part of the danish islam-critical party ‘Dansk Folkeparti’ (Danish Peoples Party) DFU at their summergathering had a session (maybe in a high spirit from good danish beer) where they clad in turbans and bomb-belts made drawings of Muhammed as for example a beer drinking and pissing camel. The stunt was videofilmed.
Yesterday the Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt condemned the video and called for a renewal of the boykott of Denmark, today several indonesian islamic organisations, represented by Faisal al-Ansori and Tifatul Sembiring are also condemning the danes:
“The danish authorities should consider wether they in the name of Human Rights will defend one or two citizens who clearly humiliates Muhammed and thereby risk relations with the muslim world.”
“A state should be capable of controlling its citizens”
One wonders - who has the crisis? The muslim world or the West?
