As US Forces are filmed being attacked by the Taliban, ambushed by the Taliban and then seen all over the USA, and those of us old enough to have clear memories of Henry Kissinger’s negotiations from 1972 onwards, and REMEMBER how ANY negotiations were a joke given our goal of simply LEAVING and getting our POW’s back while we left the nation for the North Vietnamese …. .... but of course, the NVA and VC NEVER, EVER not once threatened the USA, or executed an attack here.

US agrees in principle to releasing top officials from Afghanistan insurgent group in exchange for starting process of negotiationsThe US has agreed in principle to release high-ranking Taliban officials from Guantánamo Bay in return for the Afghan insurgents’ agreement to open a political office for peace negotiations in Qatar, the Guardian has learned.According to sources familiar with the talks in the US and in Afghanistan, the handful of Taliban figures will include Mullah Khair Khowa, a former interior minister, and Noorullah Noori, a former governor in northern Afghanistan.
More controversially, the Taliban are demanding the release of the former army commander Mullah Fazl Akhund. Washington is reported to be considering formally handing him over to the custody of another country, possibly Qatar.The releases would be to reciprocate for Tuesday’s announcement from the Taliban that they are prepared to open a political office in Qatar to conduct peace negotiations “with the international community” – the most significant political breakthrough in ten years of the Afghan conflict.
Obama is a dangerous amateur with no sense of those inimical not to the american govt, not to Exxon, not to Halliburton, but TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
It is ESSENTIAL Obama be removed from office by the election and that the American PEOPLE be seen by the world to DO IT.

The Taliban and Mullah Omar performed every conceivable act to help Osama Bin Laden, KSM, et al to KILL MORE AMERICANS THAN DIED AT PEARL HARBOR IN NYC, DC, and PA.
The Taliban IS the enemy. The exit strategy is that they will be so decimated and killed and run to ground wherever they are, including Pakistan that they will care only about living out their days without gazing skyward and listening. The exit strategy should demonstrate to every Pakistani in the Army and ISI there will be NO ALLOWANCE for not not KILLING PAK TALIBAN.
The thought that this man cannot conceptualize WHO the enemy is, and WHAT the enemy has done as a predictor of what the ENEMY will do, places Obama and Ron Paul at the PRECISE SAME PLACE.
