Silly me, I couldn't understand why my proposed premium doubled into 4 figures for 1 person (I am opting out, and the premium is so high there is NO WAY to figure it coming in inside of ANY govt mandate) at higher OOP max, deductibles and copays for bot Dr.'s and Rx's, and BTW good luck finding the formulary of Rx's COVERED by
I am glad for those people who cannot afford medical care who now have the chance to FIND a Dr who will see them. The thing is, I can't afford to pay for ME, let alone them, and I am not eligible for Medicaid.

Uninsured Americans have soured on the Affordable Care Act in the past three months – and that bodes ill for the law’s popularity and financial underpinnings.Right now, the federal govt claims 1.6 million people have enrolled, they also say 1.46 million ARE ENROLLED IN MEDICAID.
Less than a quarter—24%—of uninsured Americans think the health care law is a good idea, and half think it’s a bad idea, according to a Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll released Wednesday. That’s an 11-point dive in support from three months ago, when a September poll — before the troubled rollout of the HealthCare.govmarketplace –found that 35% of the uninsured thought it was a good idea, and 32% thought it was a bad idea.The law’s success depends on a balance of old, sick individuals and young, healthy ones. Should the people who are currently uninsured because they rarely require treatment not enroll in the new health care exchanges, insurers will be left with older, sicker patients who will drive up costs.
