The passage of time helps to assuage grief, but nothing ever completely wipes away grief – especially when a loved one is murdered. I know because, over forty years ago, I lost a beloved family member to murder just a few days before a family reunion.
Never forget.
To forget is to desecrate both the memory of nearly 3000 who perished that day and America herself.
