What, then, is the strategy of the Palestinian's new (Hamas) government? At times it seems that they are doing things that not only harm the Israelis-- but harm the Palestinians as well. (And, in fact, actually harm the Palestinians considerably more than they harm the Israelis). Sometimes it even seems that they are doing everything in their power to prevent the formation of a Palestinian state. Could this be so?
