It's time for the GOP to let the people know there is a party whop will listen and respond.
It's time for the GOP to let independents and middle-of-the-roaders know there's a party for them that hears them; that feels their pain and acknowledges their skepticism toward Big Government Programs, and taxes and stealth agendas.
It's time for the GOP and Steele to hold National Townhalls around the country with key leaders who will LISTEN to America.
Michael Steel, Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee; Bobby Jindal, Tim Pawlenty, Sarah Palin, Arnold Schwarzeneggar; Mitch Daniels, Rick Perry, John Boehner and Mike McConnell should schedule Four National Townhalls.
First in Indianapolis, then in St. Louis, then in Manchester, NH and New Orleans.
Invite the people to vent - and LISTEN. Show respect. take notes. Make connections.
Michael can moderate. And the others can each make an opening 5 minute speech and then respond to questions and complaints.
